I will be your family
It makes me so sad to see people talk about how their families disowned them because they came out as LGBT. I’ve heard families say that they would rather have a dead son than a live trans daughter. As someone who has lost a sibling, I will NEVER understand this. I would give anything to see my brother again. So to anyone out there who has lost family members because they can’t accept you, I will be your family. I will be your sister, your mom, your aunt, your daughter. My family will be your family. No one should ever feel like they don’t deserve a family.
